If you are looking for service that is covered under either an RV manufacturer warranty (Brinkley, Forest River, Jayco, etc.) or under an extended warranty through a 3rd-party warranty company, please have your policy handy. We will need the policy number, issuing company/contact info, year, model and VIN number of your RV in order to verify your warranty status and your deductible amount.
If you are looking for service covered by an appliance/system manufacturer (Dometic, Furrion, Truma, Coleman, Lippert, etc.), we will need a picture of the data plate (if easily obtained) in order to contact for warranty claims.
Please note - most warranty companies require pre-authorization BEFORE we can begin work. In many cases, they will not allow us to use parts on hand, but require that they ship the parts to repair your issue. This is not something we control. Once we verify your warranty status, we can provide much a clearer picture of your options and what costs, if any, that will still need to be covered.
